We are convinced of the quality of our products and offer you a three-year product guarantee for Hifi Lab products ordered in our Hifi Lab online shop.
Period of validity of the guarantee
36 months after receipt of the goods.
Warranty giver
Hifi Lab; Florian Mich; Anichstraße 2a; 6020 Innsbruck; Austria.
Persons covered by the guarantee
The guarantee is valid for Hifi Lab products purchased from us by end and business customers in this online shop.
Scope of the guarantee
Damage to the purchased product is only covered if it is caused by normal use of the product. Damage caused by improper use is not covered.
The costs of shipping to us and return shipping will be covered for customers whose original delivery address was in Germany or Austria for these countries, provided the damage is covered by the scope of the warranty. Products may only be sent to us by arrangement and must be sent in the original packaging including accessories.
Territorial limitation of the guarantee
The warranty is only valid within the EU and Switzerland.

Hifi Lab products not purchased through us
If a product is purchased through one of our B2B partners, please contact your dealer directly for any claims, this warranty is not transferred to other dealers. We do not service products that have been questionably placed on the market.
Warranty vs. guarantee
This voluntary warranty does not limit the statutory warranty.
